Oshkosh to Riverside

Taxiing out for takeoff outta Oshkosh, Sunday 7/31.

He had to wait for us.

Planes lining up side-by-side for takeoff on Runway 18R

Getting ready to taxi onto the runway.

Lining up.
After the RV to the left & the red bird ahead of us departed, Oshkosh tower cleared us, "Bonanza 5-4-7-8 Delta, runway 18 right, cleared for takeoff."

Just after lift off.  That's where we were parked.  A lotta planes had already left.

Goodbye OSH =(

There ain't much out there between Iowa & Texas.  So I took a lotta pictures of clouds on that leg.
Descending from 10.5

Again, not much to see on the ground.

Roswell, NM "UFO Country"  We had to fly over Roswell on our way to El Paso.

Almost to El Paso.

Over the desert.

Look how narrow this taxiway was... just wide enough for the landing gear.
Taxiing out for takeoff out of Horizon City Airport/El Paso, TX on Monday 8/1.

El Paso Int'l Airport

El Paso Int'l Airport

Downtown El Paso.  Just above the buildings is the Rio Grande River which cuts across the picture horizontally.
So the entire upper half of the pic is Mexico.

Mexico just off our wingtip.

On our descent into La Cholla/Tucson, AZ.

CROCODILE CLOUD!!!  See, I told you there wasn't much to see on the ground.
Taken between Tucson & Riverside... almost home.
